Locally provided, unlimited advice and guidance in relation to HR and employment law, particularly in relation to workforce planning to support growth.  Linking the Business Strategy to the people within the business, now and in the future.  This can be provided through a retained plan, as below, or on an “as required” basis:

• HR Support and advice Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
• Letters relating to advice
• Tribunal Indemnity Insurance (includind awards and legal fees)
• Employment Contracts
• Employee Handbook
• Appraisal System
• Settlement Agreements (if required)

All documents are bespoke to the business and you are allocated your own go to HR Manager.

Management Training

a) Management Essentials Programme – a series of 8 half-day training modules designed for the growing SME, with the emphasis placed on developing supervisors and managers’ leadership skills:

  4. Managing Performance
  5. Discipline and Grievance
  6. Managing Absence
  7. Managing Conflict
  8. HR Admin

All courses can be delivered as open courses or specifically tailored to the business, with the option to have development planning and 1 to 1 coaching added.

One-to-One Leadership Coaching

This programme starts with a 360 assessment of the manager’s leadership skills.  This is followed by a series of 8-12 coaching sessions targetting areas of development identified by the assessment.  On completion of these sessions a second 360 assessment is carried out to demonstrate development progress.

360 assessments can be based on generic leadership skills or tailored to the business Company Values.

All participants of the programme will benefit from a reduced rate depending on the level of service required, we will discuss this on an individual basis.
