The reformed management apprenticeships, supported with levy funding, represent the single best opportunity for ambitious businesses to overcome the skills barriers by accessing high quality, accredited management and leadership development for their employees. Management Apprenticeships are an effective support strategy for talent management and upskilling the existing workforce, applicable to employees of any age. They deliver the competencies identifed as crucial to sustained and profitable business growth.
Eliesha has approved status to support both Levy and non-levy paying organisations with the following Management Apprenticeship standards:
- Level 3: Team Leader/Supervisor
- Level 5: Operations/Departmental Manager.
In addition, we have funding available to deliver these apprenticeships to non-Levy paying organisations. i.e. covering 90% of the training costs.
These programmes have the added value of Diploma qualifications. They are designed to seriously upgrade leadership and management capability in support of the new economic and contemporary workplace challenges, as well as the multi-faceted needs of ambitious, scaling up organisations.
The Level 3 programme runs for 12-15 months and the Level 5 programme for 18-21 months. Both programmes incorporate the following core skills:
