Scaleup North East is working with Reclaro to help businesses in the region successfully plan for their future growth. Reclaro is a proven performance management approach and digital tool for ambitious CEO’s to ensure teams are aligned and working towards a common goal.
The relationship has developed since the launch of the programme began just under a year ago with Pete Wilkinson, Founder and CEO of Reclaro helping businesses understand the value of the planning tool through presentations at the popular series of Should I Scale or Should I Grow? events.
The relationship with Reclaro has developed further with targetted Scaleup businesses invited to attend a half day Reclaro workshop in December to learn more and see the planning tool in action. Each business had access to the online platform and worked through clarifying their own vision, developing core objectives and focusing on their goals. By lunchtime many had developed their own 1-3-5 Action Plan and were ready to implement into their business and others went away and did so in the coming days.
Reclaro are offering access to the platform to Scaleup North East businesses at a 20% discount. Subscribers benefit from unlimited 1-3-5 action plans, access to the Reclaro Academy training films, audio files and manual leading to accreditation, quarterly live Q&A sessions and much more!
Scaleup North East Solutions Providers are specialists that create tailored packages addressing the challenges scaling organisations encounter as a result of sudden and significant growth, find out more.
Pete and Angelina Bell, Accredited Reclaro Coach and Scaleup Partner, will be involved in our future Should I Scale or Should I Grow events taking place over the region in 2019.
